What have we learned in the first six weeks in the NFL?

The Broncos are OK without Jay Cutler. With wins over New England and San Diego the 6-0 Broncos have convinced critics that they are for real.

The sophmore QB's are doing fine. The play of Flacco and Ryan has picked up right where it left off if not gotten better.

The Lions can win one game. You would have thought the Lions won a playoff game with the celebration that happened after their first win in Detroit. But after six weeks they stand at 1-5.

The Saints offense is back but with a new Defense. After six weeks the Saints have a record of 5-0 and after a convincing defeat of the now 5-1 Giants don't be surprised to hear the sounds of Cha-Ching in January.

The Steelers are still the Steelers.

Peyton and the Colts are Peyton and the Colts.

The 0-6 Titans are hardly a team to remember from last years 6-0 team at this point.

Aaron Brooks rose to the occasion ripping the Lakers a new one on Sunday. The rockets didn't listen when they weren't supposed to win with Yao down for the remainder of the Playoffs. These Rockets are faster and more aggressive. Lets keep it up. CLUTCH CITY BABY!!!!

If you happen to be watching the Rockets, Suns game a few weeks ago you saw the mini brawl that broke out between Alston, Barnes, and Nash. I thought it was funny how it all went down. If you watch it in slow motion you see that it was handled pretty well by McGrady defusing the situation. Then like psycho Nash comes up and ignites the fight, but that's not what gets me. Big Shaq comes out of nowhere and shoves everybody down like a house of cards. First McGrady who knocks down Alston and Nash, then Big Yao who seemed to be minding his own business. Yao who went down like a tree with no roots. It was pretty funny. It was like an elementary fight at recess. Shaq your such a Bully! Let the little guys handle it.

Pepp is a Lion now...Whoop -d-Whoo. Is he the one that can break the curse of Barry Sanders. God, can you help the Lions get rid of the "Curse of Barry Sanders"? It's not the fans fault that Detroit management wouldn't release the most amazing running back in the NFL so he could go to a team that wouldn't rely solely on his legs to carry them to the playoffs year after year. It's not the fans fault the management was cheap, and didn't make any moves to beef up the offense with name talent. Nobody can name an offensive player on the Lions in the 90's besides Sanders, but that's not the fans fault. So please if your listening do something to break the Barry Sanders curse. Barry if your listening thanks for the highlights.
Jets at Bills = JETS
I like Favre and the Jets for the upset.

Lions at Bears = BEARS
Please! Do I need to explain. Pepp will need more time to get it together.

Jags at Bengals = JAGS
I will be secretly rooting for the Bengals to knock off the AFC South rivals, but they cats just don't have it together. If the Bengals can grab a lead early they may have a chance but it's unlikely.

Ravens at Browns = RAVENS
Ravens have alot of confidence and their D keeps it them close enough to win.

Bucs at Chiefs = BUCS
Bucs are solid. The Chiefs are not.

Texans at Vikings = TEXANS
Texans have a test on the road, but the Vik's DB's can't stop Johnson. If they try Schaub has no problem spreading it around with no problem. I'm a little biased

Cards at Rams = CARDS
I like Warner against his old team. He is playing well and the Rams D can't hang.

Pack at Titans = TITANS
Tennessee is tough at home. Home field wins.

Cowboys at Giants = GIANTS
Brad Johnson doens't have the ability to buy time to make plays which is what they have to do to win against Giants D.

Falcons at Raiders = FALCONS
Ryan is playing like a vertern and will have success against Raiders secondary.

Eagles at Seahawks = EAGLES
Westbrook back and Hasslebeck still out. No Brainer

Patriots at Colts = COLTS
It's do or die for the colts and thats when Manning is best. Manning gets his rythem back.

MNF
Steelers at Redskins = STEELERS
It will be a tough game. Steelers can play against tough defenses and win close games. The Redskins can't.
